Sahr Car Details is a full service mobile automotive detailing business serving the greater Charleston area and beyond at one's home or office. Sahr Car Details strives to provide the highest caliber of automotive detailing to it's clientele. To me, the detailing process is more like a work of art in the making than just a delivery of maintenance service. A dull luster finish with many scratches can become a buttery smooth reflective surface after my expertise is applied. I am passionate about my work and do devote the proper time and degree of attention to every vehicle I work on. Specialty products are used in every step from beginning until the end.
During a full Sahr Car Wash, citrus based foaming cleansers with gloss enhancers are used with a foam gun and lamb’s wool mitts or grout sponges. Blown air is applied across the surface to minimize paint contact when drying, and Korean microfiber cloths are used but do get immediately replaced if dropped on the ground. An eco-friendly polymer based wash method which only uses about 1 gal or less of water is also available for regular maintenance washes. Gel based wheel cleaners are used in both wash methods, and rims are buffed with a high speed device. Specialty lights are used during the paint correction process to reveal scratches and micromarring. Various diminishing and non-diminishing professional compounds and polishes are on hand from the likes of Menzerna, Pinnacle, Woflgang, Chemical Guys and Meguiars.
